This Booking is governed by the terms and conditions of the Tour/Cruise Operator. All guests including U.S. citizens, traveling by air between U.S. and Canada (including Alaska, Mexico, Caribbean and Bermuda are required to present a valid passport to enter (or re-enter) the United States, For International travel, a valid passport is required and visas are required where they apply. This includes Europe, Asia, Central and South America. Please check with the consulates of the countries on your itinerary or the visa service of your choice before departure. Paradise Dreams Tours is not responsible for any acts of nature, missed flights or check in dates, content provided is non-binding general information and cannot replace detailed individual advice to help the prospective buyer make his decision. When we refer to web pages of third parties (links), Paradise Dreams Tours does not take any responsibility for the contents or actions of its affiliates/ vendors of the linked pages. Paradise Dream Tours furthermore exempts itself from all liability for related services - in the event of slight neglect of duty, unless fundamental contractual obligations such as life, health or body are concerned, or claims based on the Product Liability Act are affected. The same applies to neglect of duty on the part of our vicarious agents. All Itineraries, tour, cruise packages will be submitted to clients for final review, and only upon acceptance of both parties will bookings be made. No liability (including negligence) is borne by Paradise Dream Tours for damages or consequential losses arising from our clients on their Cruise, Tour, and Land, Air or Excursion packages.

Customer remedy

Our company's entire liability, and the purchaser's exclusive remedy, shall be a refund of the price paid or replacement of our products, at our customers option. We limit replacement to thirty days.

Limitation & exclusion of liability

These warranties exclude all incidental or consequential damages. Our company, and its suppliers, will not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Legal forum, choice of laws & official language

This offering is a contract between you the buyer and our business, the seller. Any legal action arising out of this Agreement shall be litigated and enforced under the laws of the America. In addition, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America, and that any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts. 

The terms constituting this offering are set forth in writing on this Web site. You hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction located in U.S.A. resolve any disputes or litigation hereunder. Whether or not you choose to print this offering, containing the terms and conditions as described herein, you agree that this contract constitutes a writing.

Paradise Dream Tours and or associated third parties hold the rights to this Web site and all products, materials and/or services related thereto, and all other information, such as copyrighted material, trademarks, intellectual property, work product and other proprietary information. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works of, and on in any way exploit, in whole or in part, any Proprietary or other Material.

Assignment of rights

By providing any personal information, you agree and are giving permission that Paradise Dream Tours and its associates, sponsors and co-sponsors of this offer may contact you by means of telephone, e-mail or other sources of marketing, even if your number is found on a do not call registry or listed on an opt out list pursuant to the CAN-SPAM Act.
