Refund Policy

All packages are fully refundable 30 days from the date of purchase or replacement of our product at our customers discretion. Whereas all terms and conditions are described in your welcome package as well as our website. All bookings are governed by the terms and conditions of the tour or cruise operator. There are times were our affiliates may put together special promotions that may be non-refundable. As a client you will be advised before hand if this applies to your package. Paradise Dream Tours is not responsible for any acts of nature, missed flights or check in dates. Vacations can be rescheduled as many times as needed without any additional fee and or charge. You must adhere to the terms and conditions of your package. Travel is only booked upon customers approval of their itinerary. As a Paradise Dream Tours client we never allow you to lose your money or your vacation. We have all the tools necessary to ensure your right to travel. Paradise Dream Tours does require a 30 to 60 day minimum advance notice prior to travel in order to guarantee your travel dates. A 90 day notice may be required for holiday travel dates. 

There are no hidden fees, annual fees or membership fees, you are not agreeing or joining into any kind of timeshare presentations or vacation clubs. The price quoted at the time of purchase will be the only amount you ever pay to our company. We also do not charge our customers cancellation fees or restocking fees.
