What do I do if the Dreamweek certificate access codes are not working?

Due to constant updates of the resort database these numbers may become invalid. Just simply call our customer service department at 877-457-7842 and new access codes will be issued immediately.

Are your promotional vacation packages transferable?

Yes, all promotional packages are fully transferable to any friend or family member upon your request. As an added benefit for traveling with Paradise Dream Tours, we will never allow you to lose your vacation or money.

Do your promotional vacation packages require a timeshare presentation?

There are no timeshare presentations to attend with our promotional packages.
